The Coaching Philosophy of Trifactory

After a first interview for setting up and target definition, strengths and potentials of the athlete are evaluated in a joint practice. By individual planning of the training a continuous development of the athlete's performance is enabled.


To ensure progress I count on joint practices on a regular base to introduce short term adaptions in the planning of the training and to optimize the major motion sequences in trained sports.


Long term and continuous development of the performance is much more important to me as short term success of my athletes.
